Brian Zubek

After leaving his career of nearly fifteen years in government procurement, Brian Zubek pursued his passion of cultivating excellence in the non-profit sector. Since then, Brian has launched a number of successful nonprofits and private operating foundations in multiple states.

As Executive Director & COO of a community church, Brian increased organization membership by 20% and donorship over 80% through targeted asks. Brian has led his teams and stakeholders through major restructures, including a relocation and a lead pastoral change; all while losing less than 4% of original financial contributing members during the transition. In 2021, Brian headed a partnership with John Hopkins Hospital through staffing and logistics support to administer covid testing and vaccination to 1000’s of underserved individuals in English-as-a-second-language communities in Baltimore City.

Focused on Interim Executive Directing and Change Management; Brian has helped a number of organizations through seasons of uncertainty and Executive Leadership transitions. He continues to actively coach and consult nationally in all areas nonprofit/small-business management (organizational navigation, strategic planning, fiscal management, board development, workforce coaching and start-up development). Over his career, Brian has led, trained, educated and counseled multiple executive level employees to also succeed in these areas.
